This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions within the Talent Management Suite.
β’ Customize and configure the relevant SuccessFactors modules.
β’ Implement functional requirements from HR, management, and related departments.
β’ Configure business rules, workflows, forms, roles, and permissions.
β’ Create, develop, and manage a role-based authorization concept based on Role-Based Permissions.
β’ Analyze and resolve authorization issues within the SuccessFactors landscape.
β’ Coordinate with HR, IT security, and compliance regarding roles, permissions, and governance requirements.
β’ Provide support for integrating the SuccessFactors solution into the existing H4/S4 landscape.
β’ Ensure a consistent structure for data, roles, and permissions.
β’ Assist during testing, rollout, and go-live phases.
β’ Analyze, optimize, and further develop existing configurations and processes in talent management.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams as well as external partners and service providers.
β’ Participate as a member of an agile team.
β’ Several years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors consultant.
β’ Solid understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Suite.
β’ Strong abilities in customizing and system configuration within SuccessFactors.
β’ In-depth knowledge of Role-Based Permissions and the design of authorization concepts.
β’ Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
β’ Familiarity with SAP HCM, HCM-PE, and H4/S4 is advantageous.
β’ Experience in HR transformation projects is desirable.
β’ Experience integrating SuccessFactors with H4/S4 is a plus.
β’ Knowledge of SAP Identity Authentication Service and Identity Provisioning Service is beneficial.
β’ Familiarity with SAP GRC Access Control is advantageous.
β’ A structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
β’ Strong communication and teamwork skills in an interdisciplinary environment.
β’ Experience with Confluence / Jira.
β’ Excellent proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
