SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Talent Management Suite, Authorizations, Customizing, H4/S4 Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions within the Talent Management Suite.

• Customize and configure the relevant SuccessFactors modules.

• Implement functional requirements from HR, management, and related departments.

• Configure business rules, workflows, forms, roles, and permissions.

• Create, develop, and manage a role-based authorization concept based on Role-Based Permissions.

• Analyze and resolve authorization issues within the SuccessFactors landscape.

• Coordinate with HR, IT security, and compliance regarding roles, permissions, and governance requirements.

• Provide support for integrating the SuccessFactors solution into the existing H4/S4 landscape.

• Ensure a consistent structure for data, roles, and permissions.

• Assist during testing, rollout, and go-live phases.

• Analyze, optimize, and further develop existing configurations and processes in talent management.

• Collaborate with internal teams as well as external partners and service providers.

• Participate as a member of an agile team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors consultant.

• Solid understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Suite.

• Strong abilities in customizing and system configuration within SuccessFactors.

• In-depth knowledge of Role-Based Permissions and the design of authorization concepts.

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.

• Familiarity with SAP HCM, HCM-PE, and H4/S4 is advantageous.

• Experience in HR transformation projects is desirable.

• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with H4/S4 is a plus.

• Knowledge of SAP Identity Authentication Service and Identity Provisioning Service is beneficial.

• Familiarity with SAP GRC Access Control is advantageous.

• A structured and solution-oriented approach to work.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills in an interdisciplinary environment.

• Experience with Confluence / Jira.

• Excellent proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
