This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead new business development efforts in the commercial sector with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors implementation, optimization, and advisory services.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and collaboration with partners.
• Utilize existing relationships with enterprise clients and SAP Account Executives to create and influence new opportunities.
• Create and implement strategic account plans aimed at key industries and clients.
• Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and support services teams to synchronize campaigns, messaging, and lead generation initiatives.
• Employ CRM tools to monitor pipeline, predict revenue, and oversee sales activities.
• Conduct discovery sessions, assess opportunities, and work together with delivery teams on solution positioning.
• Represent the company at SAP ecosystem events, networking occasions, and industry forums.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Over 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem; experience with SAP HCM and the broader SAP ecosystem is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a services or consulting context.
• Established connections with SAP Account Executives and/or SAP partner channels.
• A well-developed network of enterprise client contacts and decision-makers (HR, IT, Finance stakeholders).
• Experience in selling SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Compensation.
• Proven ability to create and manage proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate contracts in a consulting setting.
• Strong familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Practical experience with ZoomInfo or comparable prospecting/data intelligence tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
• Solid understanding of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors products, modules, or competing HCM solutions.
• Proficiency in managing multiple complex sales cycles concurrently.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.
