This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide leadership in functional aspects of business-process transformation, SAP Fit-to-Standard (F2S), solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate with Defense mission stakeholders, BPR teams, SAP functional and technical teams, solution architects, integration teams, data teams, cybersecurity teams, testers, and program leadership.

• Convert complex Defense requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions.

• Integrate knowledge of Defense missions and logistics with SAP functional expertise.

• Advocate for SAP standard capabilities, clean-core principles, and transformative business processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be accepted.

• Over 10 years of experience in SAP ERP/SAP functional roles.

• Preferred: More than 5 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA.

• Proven experience as an SAP Functional Lead, Senior Functional Consultant, or Subject Matter Expert (SME).

• Experience in at least one major SAP S/4HANA implementation or ERP modernization project.

• Experience leading or facilitating SAP Fit-to-Standard workshops.

• Proficient in conducting SAP fit/gap analysis.

• Ability to translate intricate business requirements into SAP functional solutions.

• Skilled in developing future-state/To-Be business processes.

• Experience in creating SAP functional specifications.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP business processes and cross-module integration.

• Familiarity with RICEFW/WRICEF requirements and functional design.

• Experience assisting with SAP integration and interface requirements.

• Experience in supporting data migration and conversion efforts.

• Knowledge of SAP testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Must be a US citizen with an active Secret clearance.

• Desired: Experience in SAP S/4HANA Defense & Security implementations; functional expertise in SAP Defense & Security; DoD SAP/ERP modernization experience; SAP S/4HANA certification; familiarity with SAP Activate, Signavio, Fiori, BTP, and Integration Suite; knowledge of SAP clean-core principles; Agile and/or SAFe delivery experience; proficiency in Jira or enterprise ALM tools; experience with MBSE; MDDI; SysML or architecture/requirements modeling; familiarity with Mendix or another enterprise low-code/agility platform; experience in a large system-integrator environment.
