SAP S/4 HANA Functional Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Contribute to migration projects of SAP S/4HANA from on-premises to the cloud, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with project timelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather migration requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and design scalable solutions.

• Design and configure optimal business functionalities in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with cloud migration goals.

• Convert user requirements into functional design specifications.

• Provide production support by overseeing incident and problem management processes.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, coordinating with business and technical teams to implement solutions consistent with SAP best practices.

• Ensure comprehensive testing of system changes associated with cloud migration, including solution updates, maintenance, upgrades, configurations, and WRICEF development.

• Collaborate closely with business users to comprehend their needs, conducting proof of concepts, and presenting feasible solution options.

• Work with cross-functional teams, including SFDC, Integration, BI, and non-SAP applications, to design effective and secure data exchange integrations.

• Develop and maintain documentation, including requirement documents, functional design documents, configuration documents, source-to-target mapping, data models, process flow diagrams, test plans, and test scenarios.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, sharing knowledge and promoting a collaborative work environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience as an SAP Functional Analyst, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA.

• At least 2 years of proven experience leading SAP migration projects from on-premises to the cloud.

• Experience in any SAP S/4HANA modules (PM, HCM, PP, PS, FI, CO, SD, IM, etc.).

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with business users, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Familiarity with incident and problem management processes, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

• Capability to prioritize and plan the implementation of changes in collaboration with business and IT teams.

• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level is required.

• SAP certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
