SAP Public Cloud Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition initiatives.

• Lead workshops focused on discovery, solutioning, and Fit-to-Standard methodologies.

• Convert business objectives into target architecture and delivery roadmaps.

• Define and oversee the architecture concerning functions, integration, data, security, analytics, and extensibility.

• Advocate for standardization and the principles of Clean Core.

• Assess the appropriate application of in-app, side-by-side, and partner solutions.

• Shape the SAP Business AI Platform, including integrations, workflows, APIs, and extensions.

• Offer architectural governance throughout design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases utilizing SAP Activate.

• Ensure alignment across workstreams, design choices, dependencies, risks, and quality checkpoints.

• Assist in presales and customer interactions, which encompass Digital Discovery Assessments, opportunity qualification, solution strategies, demonstrations, estimates, proposals, presentations, and workshops.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, SAP, partners, and delivery teams.

• Develop reusable assets and methods, mentor peers, and contribute to Atos UK&I's SAP Public Cloud initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in SAP solution architecture within ERP transformation projects.

• Practical, hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, SAP Cloud ERP, or GROW with SAP.

• Experience in conducting a Digital Discovery Assessment (DDA).

• Strong understanding of Fit-to-Standard, SAP Best Practices, SAP Activate, and Clean Core methodologies.

• Comprehensive knowledge of cross-functional and end-to-end processes in areas such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Asset Management, or Projects.

• Solid grasp of SAP integration, APIs, extensibility, identity and security, data migration, and analytics.

• Familiarity with the SAP Business AI Platform (BAIP).

• Demonstrated ability to lead architectural and design authority discussions, persuading senior stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in supporting proposals, estimates, statements of work, delivery mobilization, and SAP solution demonstrations both virtually and in-person.

• Certification in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition or relevant SAP solution architecture is preferred.

• Desirable experience with SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Signavio, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business AI, or Joule.

• Experience in three-tier ERP environments, public sector, manufacturing, or other regulated industries is an advantage.

• Understanding of organizational change, business process transformation, and adoption planning.

• Must be eligible for and able to maintain SC clearance.

• UK-based with a requirement for national mobility.

• Experience collaborating with third parties, SAP partners, and distributed delivery teams (onshore, nearshore, and offshore) is beneficial.
