SAP Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze and document customer and partner requirements independently.

• Organize, plan, manage, and conduct follow-up on workshops for customers and partners.

• Oversee internal and external expert project teams for solution development, specification, realization, implementation, and post-project follow-up.

• Support project management standards, industry-specific KPIs, and best practices.

• Ensure customer satisfaction at all stages.

• Assist in training initiatives for SNP employees.

• Provide overall leadership, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of assigned projects.

• Ensure alignment with company strategy, commitments, and objectives.

• Collaborate with business owners to gather business requirements.

• Drive quality assurance, testing, and delivery methodologies to ensure successful transitions and client satisfaction.

• Effectively train clients and junior consultants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in consulting with a Tier I consulting firm is advantageous.

• Experience with ERP applications (SAP, Oracle) in project settings is a plus.

• Extensive experience in managing projects from initiation to go-live.

• Strong ability to collaborate with clients and team members.

• Proficient in multitasking and fostering a team-oriented environment.

• Excellent project management capabilities.

• Strong communication skills and ability to function as a team player.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects while adapting to shifting priorities.

• Proficient in training clients and junior consultants effectively.

• Experience collaborating with business owners to gather business requirements.

• Background in driving quality, testing, and delivery methodology processes.

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

• SAP SLO and/or SAP Transformation experience is a plus.

• Over 10 years of experience in SAP project roles ranging from consultant to project manager.

• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager.

• Residency in Puerto Rico is required.
