This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take charge of the SAP platform roadmap encompassing all modules and workstreams, aligning priorities with the FICO Architect, SD Architect, and business stakeholders (Finance, Tax, Revenue Recognition, Controlling, Operations).
• Oversee the complete change request (CR) pipeline: intake, triage, mapping of cross-module dependencies, prioritization, and tracking of delivery on the Jira SAP project board.
• Act as the main point of contact for SAP within the organization — converting executive and functional requirements into platform decisions and structured delivery plans.
• Coordinate release planning and go-live efforts across workstreams, ensuring UAT approval, cutover readiness, and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify and promote quick-win automation initiatives (in collaboration with the Integration Architect and n8n platform) that enhance the core SAP build without necessitating full CR cycles.
• Manage the SAP BTP layer: configuration and maintenance of iFlow, certificate rotations, OAuth/mTLS administration, and incident response for all integration flows originating from or destined for SAP.
• Oversee the configuration of SAP connections to Salesforce, Workday, OneStream, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 — working with the Integration Architect on middleware design, API contracts, and governance of cross-system data flow.
• Ensure compliance with e-invoicing regulations across various countries (Poland KSeF, Romanian e-Factura, Belgian Peppol, among others), collaborating with local finance teams and external vendors.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on SAP integration issues and lead resolution efforts, involving the FICO or SD Architect for module-specific diagnostics and the Integration Architect for middleware-related concerns as necessary.
• Administer the SAP platform: manage user roles, authorizations, transport management, and system configuration — escalating module-specific functional configurations to the relevant Architect.
• Serve as the primary commercial and delivery liaison with external SAP vendors (currently Globant): reviewing SOWs, planning sprints, defining acceptance criteria, and managing escalations.
• Ensure each open CR has a designated owner, module assignment (FICO/SD/cross-module), priority, and estimated time of arrival (ETA); provide monthly SAP status updates for the IT Committee and Global IT Director.
• Coordinate dependencies and sequencing across workstreams — identifying transport conflicts, shared configuration objects, or delivery risks that affect FICO, SD, or integration workstreams.
• Contribute to visibility into IT costs related to SAP spending: licenses, BTP consumption, and consulting engagements.
• Assist with compliance requirements for audits, GDPR, and ISO 27001 related to the SAP platform.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, SAP BTP Integration Suite) is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in SAP program management, platform ownership, or technical administration — with a broad exposure to multiple SAP modules rather than in-depth specialization in one.
• Proven ability to coordinate a multi-workstream SAP delivery program across functional architects and business stakeholders.
• Established track record in managing SAP BTP integrations, including iFlow configuration, certificate lifecycle management, and incident response.
• Experience working with and overseeing external SAP development vendors: reviewing SOWs, facilitating sprints, conducting acceptance testing, and managing escalations.
• Understanding of adjacent enterprise systems (Salesforce, Workday, Dynamics 365, OneStream) at an integration-awareness level — comprehending data flows and dependencies without needing to manage those systems.
• Preference for candidates with a background in multi-country SAP e-invoicing compliance.
• Experience in dynamic, multi-entity international settings is beneficial.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Health insurance
• Flexible work arrangements
• Professional development opportunities
• Bonuses
