SAP PP/QM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate business workshops focused on PP/QM while collecting requirements from manufacturing, production, planning, and quality teams.

• Develop business user story and requirement documentation, functional specifications, solution design documents, configuration documentation, and test scripts.

• Create integration designs between SAP PP/QM and MM, SD, PM, CO, WM/EWM, batch management, as well as warehouse processes.

• Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, user exits, BAdIs, interfaces, forms, reports, conversions, and workflows, particularly in relation to NPI.

• Conduct integration testing and develop test scenarios.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancement, automation, standardization, and optimization.

• Provide mentorship to junior consultants and coordinate activities among functional, technical, and business teams.

• Relay project status, risks, dependencies, and solution decisions to senior stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in comprehensive SAP PP/QM implementations and rollouts.

• Proficiency in MES integration with S4 HANA.

• In-depth knowledge of Process Order IDOC.

• Expertise in BAPI confirmation.

• Familiarity with Batch Management, including specific batch, document batch, and generic batch concepts.

• Strong practical configuration experience in SAP Production Planning and Quality Management.

• Experience in ChaRM Management and Solution Manager.

• Knowledge of documentation and transport movement.

• Familiarity with interfaces from S4 HANA to Blue Yonder, APO, IBP, or other planning SAP/non-SAP systems.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration, solution architecture, and process design.

• Experience in FMCG or Pharma Life Science S4 project implementation is a valuable addition.
