This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Guide clients through every unique stage of the SAP Payroll implementation lifecycle.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and convert business needs into technical specifications.
• Develop clean, sustainable, and error-free SAP HCM configurations that comply with industry best practices.
• Design and carry out thorough system and regression tests using customized test data to ensure compliance with client specifications.
• Generate detailed functional and technical documentation for all delivered work packages to guarantee smooth system transitions.
• Oversee personal deadlines, prioritize tasks based on the direction of a Cluster Lead, and effectively communicate project updates, root-cause analyses, and solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Substantial hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementation and application consulting.
• Demonstrated history of being part of at least 3+ Austrian SAP Payroll project rollouts.
• In-depth, practical knowledge of Austrian payroll legislation and the overall architecture of SAP HR systems.
• Professional proficiency in German along with strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical capability, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a firm commitment to data confidentiality.
