SAP Payroll Consultant, Turkish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert support and configuration within the SAP HCM landscape, with a focus on Turkish Payroll and Time Management.

• Address complex payroll challenges involving schemas, rules, wage types, payroll calculations, absence management, and statutory reporting.

• Ensure adherence to Turkish statutory and regulatory obligations.

• Assist with year-end processes and legislative updates.

• Collaborate on enhancing service offerings for client-specific solutions and the overall SAP HCM platform.

• Define and document both functional and technical specifications in alignment with business needs.

• Conduct integrated testing in accordance with customer and business requirements.

• Offer guidance, training, and mentorship to team members and junior consultants.

• Encourage knowledge sharing and best practices across various projects.

• Utilize structured problem-solving and project management methodologies.

• Maintain relevant SAP certifications and keep up-to-date with SAP HCM and payroll technologies.

• Suggest and implement solutions that enhance performance, quality, and service efficiency.

• Serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring high standards of delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Profound expertise in SAP HCM Payroll.

• Strong understanding of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Turkish payroll legislation, statutory requirements, and payroll processes.

• Experience with payroll schema and rule configuration, wage types, and statutory reporting.

• Familiarity with HR processes and related SAP HCM solutions.

• Proficient in both Turkish and English, with strong written and verbal skills.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and planning abilities.

• Strong focus on quality, deadlines, and deliverables.

• Structured problem-solving and project management competencies.

• Valid work authorization in the country of application, without requiring visa sponsorship from Strada.

• Openness to undergo necessary background checks.

• Experience in international or shared-service environments is a plus.

• Relevant SAP certifications must be kept up-to-date.
