SAP Payroll Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Accountable for establishing the technical and functional vision for the SAP HCM solution

• Oversee the design and configuration of the SAP HCM Swiss/Austrian Payroll (PY) solution

• Address intricate issues related to payroll schemas, PCRs, and integrations

• Ensure adherence to Italian payroll regulations and legal standards

• Assist in testing phases, including payroll validation and reconciliation

• Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP HCM Payroll

• Disseminate best practices and aid in team development

• Guide junior consultants on payroll subjects and project delivery

• Supervise quality of delivery across payroll projects and support services

• Discover opportunities to enhance payroll services

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in SAP HCM CH/AT (Payroll)

• Practical experience with schemas and PCRs

• Strong comprehension of payroll integration (TM, FI)

• Fluent in English and Italian
