SAP MRO Aftermarket Functional/Technical Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Execute system configurations, customizations, and maintenance within designated SAP modules

• Engage in the SAP S/4 Hana digital transformation for the Plan to Sustain workstream

• Conduct technical and functional problem-solving while ensuring integration with other solutions/applications

• Document business requirements and convert them into specification documents

• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to achieve smooth integration between Operations and other enterprise applications

• Lead or take part in ERP-related projects, aligning stakeholders on vision, scope, schedule, and budget

• Identify, assess, and implement ongoing business improvement opportunities through standard application configurations

• Provide knowledge transfer to support teams post-go-live

• Travel as required based on business/project needs

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field along with 8+ years of relevant work experience; OR an Advanced Degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience

• 5+ years of experience in SAP configuration specific to the SAP Production Planning module

• SAP S4 experience is preferred

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills

• Experience in project management

• U.S. citizenship is required

• SAP certification (ECC/S4) or equivalent experience is preferred

• Strong technical background in navigating a complex SAP landscape is preferred

• Proven leadership in successful process improvement initiatives is preferred

• Ability to travel as necessary based on business/project needs
