This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver centralized technical assistance and support for healthcare facilities, vendors, developers, and integration partners utilizing deployed interoperability and integration services.
• Diagnose integration, connectivity, configuration, onboarding, and data-exchange issues, coordinating resolutions with engineering, onboarding, testing, and platform teams.
• Engage with system users, technical stakeholders, vendors, and partner organizations to identify issues, determine root causes, and provide or coordinate suitable technical solutions.
• Assist with EHR, HIE, FHIR, API, interface, and other healthcare integration services, including validation and testing to ensure issue resolution and system readiness.
• Maintain the technical knowledge base, troubleshooting protocols, support documentation, known-issue logs, and resolution guidance.
• Record defects, fixes, configuration modifications, and recurring support issues for operational reference and ongoing improvement.
• Facilitate training and user adoption initiatives.
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as required to meet team goals and project success.
• Contribute to a significant federal government healthcare modernization project.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Extensive background in providing technical support and troubleshooting for complex software, systems, integration, or healthcare technology environments.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting healthcare interoperability technologies, including EHR, HIE, FHIR, APIs, interfaces, and data-exchange services.
• Strong expertise in root cause analysis, connectivity troubleshooting, configuration support, defect resolution, and validation testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to investigate technical issues and communicate clear resolution steps.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with the ability to assist both technical and non-technical stakeholders, vendors, and partner organizations.
• Experience with healthcare integration platforms, interface engines, APIs, FHIR services, or other interoperability technologies.
• Familiarity with knowledge base management, technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, known-issue tracking, and operational support processes.
• Experience in supporting facility and vendor onboarding, technical training, user adoption, and remote technical assistance.
• Preferred experience with federal healthcare programs or working alongside government healthcare organizations.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• All selected candidates must successfully undergo a background check.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance, including necessary fingerprinting, when required for the position.
