SAP MRO Aftermarket Functional, Technical Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Execute system configurations, customizations, and maintenance within designated SAP modules.

• Engage in the SAP S/4 Hana digital transformation for the Plan to Sustain workstream.

• Conduct technical and functional troubleshooting while ensuring integration with other solutions/applications.

• Document business requirements and convert them into specification documents.

• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to integrate Operations with other enterprise applications.

• Lead or contribute to ERP-related projects while aligning stakeholders on vision, scope, schedule, and budget.

• Identify, assess, and implement ongoing business improvement opportunities utilizing standard application configurations.

• Provide knowledge transfer to post-go-live support teams.

• Travel as required based on business/project needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field with 8+ years of relevant work experience, OR an Advanced Degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience.

• Over 5 years of SAP configuration experience within the SAP Production Planning module.

• Experience with SAP S/4 is preferred.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Experience in project management.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• SAP certification (ECC/S4) or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Strong technical background in a complex SAP environment is preferred.

• Proven leadership in successful process improvement initiatives is preferred.

• Willingness and availability to travel based on business/project needs.
