SAP Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and maintain SAP integration solutions for SAP ECC.

• Build and support SAP integration services that facilitate secure and dependable data interchange between SAP ECC and other enterprise applications.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional consultants, and technical team members to provide integration solutions that meet business needs.

• Oversee and maintain SAP interfaces between ECC and various enterprise systems, including webMethods and additional connected platforms.

• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve integration incidents, interface failures, and data processing challenges in accordance with customer SLAs.

• Provide support for integration services across development, testing, and production environments.

• Engage in solution design, deployments, releases, and change initiatives within an ITIL-managed services framework.

• Keep integration documentation, technical standards, and support procedures up to date.

• Participate in continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing service quality, platform stability, and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in supporting SAP integrations within SAP ECC 6 environments.

• Familiarity with SAP integration technologies such as IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and web services.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for interface, data, and production support challenges.

• Experience working in a Managed Services environment utilizing ITIL processes and meeting customer SLAs.

• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and communication.

• Awareness of production releases, change management, and continuous service improvement methodologies.

• Proficient in documentation and quality assurance practices, including technical specifications, unit testing, transport management, and compliance with development standards.

• Experience with webMethods integrated systems.

• Basic ABAP debugging skills and capabilities in SAP technical and network troubleshooting.

• Background in Energy, Utilities, or other asset-intensive sectors.
