SAP HR ECC, SAP Fiori Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Analysis of business requirements within the SAP HR ECC framework.

• Assistance in the management and development of SAP HR solutions.

• Configuration and/or functional analysis of SAP Fiori applications related to HR.

• Collaboration on integration projects between SAP HR and external systems (e.g., payroll systems).

• Gathering requirements, defining functional specifications, and supporting technical teams.

• Support during testing, validation, and rollout phases of solutions.

• Management of project documentation and functional specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience with SAP HR ECC.

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications in the HR domain.

• Experience with HR processes and their integrations.

• Experience in integration projects with external systems, preferably in the Payroll area.

• Capability for functional analysis and specification management.

• Strong ability to interface with business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Native Italian speaker.

• Good communication skills in professional settings.
