SAP HR Consultant – Specialist in Czech Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Conducts analysis of existing client business processes, leveraging functional expertise in SAP & euHReka platforms as well as understanding of various countries' laws to enhance service optimization.

• Possesses knowledge of one or multiple modules in SAP HR and S4HANA, including schema expertise (payroll, time), pre-payroll processes, payroll, post-payroll, portal functionalities, etc.

• Plans parametrization and defines business processes based on requirement gathering.

• Oversees the adaptation and parametrization of solutions based on requirement assessments.

• Addresses complex issues related to the functional aspects of the application.

• Monitors HRSP implementation and performs necessary customizations in response to legal changes.

• Complements the proposed solution with newly identified requirements during the assessment phase.

• Delivers training in specialized areas based on experience and expertise.

• Identifies potential risks.

• Promotes team education and development.

• Maintains a comprehensive view of the application from a functional perspective.

• Continuously updates specialized knowledge and insights.

• Ensures effective implementation of solutions across different environments (Development, Test, and Production).

• Resolves intricate issues related to the application environment, utilizing functional knowledge of system parameters and country-specific legislation.

• Acts as a functional reference for one or more domains related to SAP HR and euHReka.

• Capable of making autonomous decisions.

• Performs business analysis in the realm of human resources and payroll.

• Prepares specifications for proposed solutions.

• Develops test scripts.

• Conducts testing of implemented changes.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a functional payroll solution SAP HCM consultant.
