SAP HCM/ECP Projects Consulting Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of consultants with diverse levels of experience from a technical standpoint.

• Act as the subject-matter expert in SAP HCM / Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for the Projects domain.

• Direct the solutions and planning efforts of the team.

• Oversee resource allocation efficiently.

• Aid in complex decision-making processes.

• Ensure the deliverables meet quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 12 years of experience working with SAP HCM/ECP modules and eSocial.

• SAP certification in relevant modules is preferred.

• Functional understanding of integrations between SOC, EC and ECP, as well as EC and HCM.

• Familiarity with payroll processes in various countries is advantageous.

• Intermediate conversational proficiency in English.

• Extensive experience with SAP HCM/ECP and payroll implementation projects.

• Proven experience as a technical leader or technical subject-matter expert.

• Ability to maintain an end-to-end perspective and resolve complex scenarios effectively.

• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.

• Skill in nurturing talent and developing new technical subject-matter experts.
