SAP HCM Payroll Consultant – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Customer projects focusing on SAP HCM across all on-premise components, particularly Payroll Germany (PY-DE).

• Conducting analysis of customer situations, and developing process documentation, concepts, and blueprints.

• Implementing client requirements on the system side, including customization, schemas, and cycles in payroll accounting.

• Providing support throughout all project phases - from conception and design to customization, prototyping, and the rollout of SAP HCM.

• As a senior consultant, you will also assume partial project management responsibilities within smaller teams at customer sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed university degree along with several years of pertinent professional experience.

• Understanding of business and IT processes and their implementation in the SAP HCM system (PY).

• Familiarity with collective bargaining agreements related to remuneration and knowledge of tax and social security laws.

• Proficient knowledge of SAP-specific schemas, cycles, and characteristics.

• Experience in project management and consulting methodologies.

• Self-motivated, persuasive, and assertive, with strong solution-oriented and process-driven thinking abilities, as well as robust methodological skills.

• Business fluent in German and proficient in English.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, along with a convincing presence.
