SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage in customer projects utilizing SAP HCM across all on-premise components, concentrating on Payroll Germany (PY-DE).

• Assess customer situations and develop process documentation, designs, and blueprints.

• Execute customer requirements on the system side, including customization, schemas, and payroll cycles.

• Provide support throughout all project phases—conceptualization, design, customization, prototyping, and rollout of SAP HCM.

• As a senior consultant, assume partial project management responsibilities within smaller teams at customer sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree and several years of pertinent professional experience.

• Familiarity with business and IT processes and their representation within the SAP HCM system (PY).

• Knowledge of collective bargaining regulations concerning compensation, as well as understanding tax and social security laws.

• Proficient in SAP-specific schemas, cycles, and characteristics.

• Experience with project management and consulting methodologies.

• Self-driven, persuasive, and assertive, with a focus on solution-oriented processes and robust methodological skills.

• Business-fluent in German and fluent in English.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, along with a professional demeanor.
