SAP Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist in the Finance process area for a large-scale federal SAP initiative.

• Identify functional requirements and create application solutions that align with business processes.

• Ensure that solution design and implementation meet project objectives, federal compliance requirements, and stakeholder expectations.

• Provide direction and support to functional teams.

• Supervise the deployment of SAP financial solutions.

• Guarantee the accuracy and completeness of functional designs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders regarding project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.

• Encourage adherence to Accenture’s delivery methodology.

• Ensure that design decisions facilitate compliance with federal reporting requirements, including SFIS, GTAS, and SLOA.

• Offer insights and leadership across various teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in SAP project management with a thorough understanding of SAP Finance solutions and implementations.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in managing multiple teams within complex, fast-paced environments.

• Ability to align SAP project objectives with broader business and federal goals.

• Extensive experience with SFIS, GTAS, and SLOA federal financial standards.

• U.S. Citizenship is required (no dual citizenship allowed).

• Must be eligible to obtain a government Public Trust clearance.

• U.S. work authorization is required without current or future visa sponsorship.
