• Act as the senior finance leader for EverHealth, providing guidance to leadership about financial performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic trade-offs.
• Direct the annual operating planning, budget formulation, rolling forecasts, long-term planning inputs, and monthly reforecasting processes.
• Oversee planning for revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, EBITDA, cash-impacting items, and headcount.
• Create and sustain financial narratives that encompass actuals, forecast variances, bookings risks, revenue conversion, expense pacing, and investment capacity.
• Offer primary finance support for quarterly board materials and provide ad hoc assistance during the earnings process.
• Convert financial and operational data into actionable insights for executive decision-making, resource allocation, prioritization, and performance enhancement.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly financial review processes, including forecast-to-actual reviews, variance analysis, dashboard interpretation, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and commercial leaders on bookings, pipeline, pricing, retention, implementation capacity, bad debt, credits, and revenue forecast precision.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on capitalization, product investment, operating metrics, roadmap affordability, headcount planning, and ROI assessment.
• Work closely with Accounting, Legal, and Corporate Finance on alignment, EBITDA adjustments, accruals, indemnity/litigation issues, and finance governance.
• Supervise financial review and approval workflows for headcount, requisitions, expenses, vendor spending, travel, and budget-impacting decisions.
• Prepare executive materials for SLT sessions, CFO/Finance ELT meetings, board materials, AOP presentations, QBR/MBR content, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial models that support revenue planning, expense management, business cases, commercial strategy, operating metrics, and acquisition/integration or portfolio decisions.
• Ensure that dashboards, reporting packages, and regular analytics deliver dependable performance visibility.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the EverHealth FP&A team, which includes two direct reports and one offshore resource.
• Establish planning calendars, review schedules, task ownership, and quality benchmarks.
• Enhance FP&A processes, systems usage, data integrity, and automation.
• Cultivate relationships across vertical and corporate functions, constructively challenging assumptions.
• Over 12 years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or business-unit finance leadership; experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, healthcare services, or multi-business portfolios is preferred.
• Proven ownership of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, executive reporting, long-range planning, and operating performance management with exposure to executive levels.
• Strong experience in revenue forecasting and commercial finance, including familiarity with bookings, pipeline, retention, implementation, and revenue conversion dynamics.
• Established capability to collaborate with senior operating leaders and translate complex business challenges into detailed financial analysis and practical recommendations.
• Experience in managing and developing finance professionals, including setting operational rhythms, elevating quality standards, and enhancing team capabilities.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, Excel/Google Sheets, presentation, and data interpretation.
• Familiarity with ERP, planning, BI, and HR/workflow systems such as Workday, Looker, Power BI, OneStream, NetSuite, or similar platforms is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field is required.
