SAP Finance Business Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Business Architect for Finance-related products and processes.

• Ensure that business requirements, processes, and SAP solutions are in alignment.

• Lead standardization efforts and optimize processes across the Finance domain.

• Collaborate with key business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.

• Assist in the implementation of process and system enhancements.

• Maintain and enhance process documentation using Signavio.

• Contribute to the prioritization of the backlog and Finance strategy initiatives.

• Facilitate change management activities, user adoption, and training sessions.

• Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Support projects related to SAP Fiori, automation, and roles and authorizations.

• Work across various functions to guarantee consistency in end-to-end processes.

• Assist a global healthcare client in developing products and solutions utilized by healthcare professionals around the world.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English communication skills.

• Residing in Czechia, Slovakia, or Hungary.

• Strong understanding of business and end-to-end processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience with Finance systems, process development, and SAP ERP.

• Knowledge of the interaction between Finance processes and other business processes.

• Willingness and capability to travel as necessary.

• Previous experience in an international organization is a plus.

• Experience in delivering cross-functional projects is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Signavio, AI, and SAP Fiori is beneficial.

• A curious mindset with a strong desire to learn about new technologies, business processes, and system capabilities.
