SAP FICO Support Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert-level functional support for SAP FICO across AMS engagements, encompassing incident management, problem resolution, and change requests.

• Directly interact with customers to comprehend, prioritize, and address support inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Execute configuration, testing, and documentation tasks within SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud environments.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of support processes by identifying recurring issues and proposing sustainable solutions.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure that SLAs and quality standards are consistently achieved.

• Generate clear and precise reports on support activities, ticket statuses, and resolution progress for both internal and client audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience with SAP FICO.

• Proven expertise in a functional consulting or functional architect role.

• Strong experience in AMS and support environments; primarily project-based backgrounds are not suitable for this position.

• Proficient in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud.

• Experience in configuration and troubleshooting across core FICO modules.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to engage confidently and professionally with customers.

• Demonstrated capability to produce valuable reporting and documentation for support activities.

• Experience in customer-facing roles within a managed services or AMS context.

• Must be eligible to work in Australia without sponsorship.
