SAP FICO Business Analyst – International Organisation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Translate business requirements into functional SAP FICO solutions throughout the implementation cycle.

• Collaborate with business units to validate needs and ensure accurate interpretation of requirements.

• Manage, assess, and document change requests.

• Support all testing activities, including preparation, execution, and defect tracking.

• Provide hypercare support following key project milestones.

• Serve as a key Business Analyst for the integration of a new company into an existing general ledger.

• Maintain ownership of functional deliverables from the initial requirements gathering to go-live.

• Ensure clear communication in English and collaborate effectively across all involved teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over eight years of professional experience in SAP FICO.

• At least three years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Strong expertise in SAP, particularly S/4HANA.

• Ability to work independently and proactively in an implementation environment.

• Experience in end-to-end activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing support, change management, and hypercare.

• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience as a Business Analyst in the process of integrating a new company into an existing general ledger.
