SAP DRC, E-Invoicing Delivery Lead, Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee the SAP DRC / e-invoicing workstream across various Business and IT teams.

• Foster alignment among Finance, Tax, SD, MM, Procure-to-Pay/purchasing, payment processes, and technical teams.

• Manage dependencies, priorities, risks, and open topics across functions.

• Promote collaboration between business stakeholders, functional SAP teams, and technical IT teams.

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of the e-invoicing implementation within the broader S/4HANA transformation.

• Ensure clarity regarding progress, dependencies, decisions, and delivery risks.

• Organize meetings, workshops, and working sessions across globally distributed teams.

• Support tracking of backlog, actions, and delivery, following through on agreed next steps.

• Serve as the central coordination point for teams engaged in the e-invoicing solution.

• Collaborate with workstream and program leadership to align with the overall transformation roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in project delivery, workstream coordination, or Scrum Master duties within complex SAP or IT transformation programs.

• Proven track record in coordinating multiple Business and IT teams in an international context.

• Strong SAP expertise with a comprehensive understanding of complex SAP landscapes and cross-functional dependencies.

• Familiarity with SAP DRC / Document and Reporting Compliance.

• Experience in e-invoicing implementations, preferably having supported or led an SAP DRC e-invoicing solution or related workstream.

• Solid cross-functional knowledge in SAP SD, FI/Finance, MM, and Tax.

• Understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes and their interaction with Finance, Tax, and e-invoicing.

• Strong delivery and leadership skills developed as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, Workstream Lead, Product Owner, or Solution Lead.

• Ability to comprehend business requirements and technical dependencies, translating between stakeholder groups effectively.

• Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication abilities.

• Proactive, structured, and hands-on approach to work.

• Experience collaborating with distributed international teams.

• Proficiency in English is essential.
