Salesforce Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, encompassing sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Own and oversee the sprint backlog, ensuring prioritization is aligned with the product owner.

• Monitor and report on team performance metrics, velocity, and sprint progress.

• Identify, track, and eliminate impediments to delivery.

• Foster communication between the development team, government stakeholders, and external mission partners regarding processes, changes, and delivery status.

• Mentor the team on Agile and Scrum methodologies and promote continuous improvement.

• Manage cross-team dependencies, including platform and integration readiness.

• Lead day-to-day operational execution by managing timelines, resource allocation, and sprint schedules.

• Shield the team from distractions and maintain detailed status reports to achieve milestones.

• Undertake additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Advanced Agile certification (ICP-ACC, CSP, SASM, or PMI-ACP).

• 7–10 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a dynamic, complex enterprise environment across various project types.

• 3 years of recent experience in an Agile development setting.

• U.S. citizenship with the capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

• Ability to successfully pass a company background investigation and drug test.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; may occasionally require standing or moving around the office for extended durations.

• Must meet pre-employment qualifications set by Cherokee Federal.
