SAP CRM CM Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee the contracting processes, including service and supply contracts, commercial agreements, and associated business flows.

• Manage the creation, modification, and renewal of contracts and customer-related processes in SAP CRM Sales and Service.

• Configure, customize, implement, maintain, and support SAP CRM solutions.

• Analyze business requirements and design functional solutions.

• Collaborate with technical and business teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong functional experience with SAP CRM, particularly in Contract Management processes.

• Experience in SAP CRM Sales and SAP CRM Service.

• Proficiency in functional configuration and customization.

• Experience in the implementation, maintenance, and support of SAP CRM solutions.

• Ability to analyze business requirements and design functional solutions.

• Professional level proficiency in English.

• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus and preferred.

• Willingness to travel to Spain when required.
