SAP Consultant, Supply & Distribution Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to clients on the implementation and advancement of SAP SDM solutions within the bulk logistics sector.

• Evaluate, design, and enhance end-to-end processes in secondary distribution.

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders.

• Create scalable solution designs.

• Manage supply nominations, transport planning, carrier management, quantity and quality reconciliation, along with automated settlement and billing.

• Advise implementation partners on intricate process and design choices.

• Contribute to innovative delivery methodologies utilizing AI, SAP BTP, and Clean Core.

• Actively influence the development of the global team and the success narrative of Implico.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in SAP SDM, or equivalent experience in SAP SD/MM or SAP TM in the Oil & Gas, chemical, or bulk logistics industries.

• Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and billing processes associated with bulk distribution.

• Familiarity with freight costing, inventory postings, settlements, and supply chain operations.

• Capability to lead workshops and facilitate decision-making processes with business stakeholders.

• Emphasis on end-to-end processes rather than solely on configuration or customization.

• A keen interest in modern technologies such as AI, SAP BTP, and Clean Core.

• Preferred: Experience in the oil, gas, or chemical sectors.

• Preferred: Familiarity with SAP SDM, SAP TM, or similar industry solutions.

• Preferred: Experience in developing business cases and conducting ROI analyses.

• Preferred: Practical experience with SAP BTP, Clean Core, or AI-driven project methodologies.
