SAP Business Process Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• This position is fully remote.

• Lead initiatives for transforming business processes within SAP S/4HANA Cloud programs.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, solution architects, and project leaders.

• Evaluate existing processes, design future solutions, and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Act as a trusted advisor to enhance business value through process standardization and digital transformation.

• Facilitate business process discovery and Fit-to-Standard workshops.

• Document both current and future business processes.

• Analyze process deficiencies and discover opportunities for optimization and automation.

• Promote the adoption of SAP Best Practices and advocate for clean-core implementation principles.

• Work together with functional consultants and solution architects to ensure alignment of business requirements.

• Support testing strategies, UAT planning, and overall business readiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in SAP consulting or business transformation.

• Proven experience with at least 2 SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

• In-depth understanding of end-to-end enterprise business processes.

• Experience in conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops.

• Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology.

• Proficient in documenting process flows, requirements, and business cases.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and facilitation.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
