SAP Business Engagement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze, redesign, and optimize comprehensive business processes within the SAP environment.

• Collaborate with both functional and technical stakeholders to achieve measurable enhancements in efficiency.

• Aim to decrease costs while boosting system adoption throughout the organization.

• Map and document existing business processes across various SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP.

• Identify gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies in current processes.

• Develop and execute improvement roadmaps.

• Carry out root-cause analysis on recurring failures in SAP processes.

• Work alongside technical teams to ensure that system modifications align with process enhancements.

• Provide support for SAP S/4HANA migrations, upgrades, and rollouts.

• Facilitate workshops to collect requirements and foster consensus.

• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage defect tracking.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of practical SAP experience, demonstrating expertise in a minimum of two core modules.

• A proven history of leading process improvement initiatives with measurable results.

• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA architecture, integration points, and industry best practices.

• Proficiency in process-mapping tools (e.g., Signavio, Celonis, Visio, ARIS) and project management software.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Preferred: SAP Certified Application Associate or higher in a relevant module.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery frameworks.

• Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAP Intelligent RPA.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification.
