This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

• Lead and execute change initiatives and improvement projects within SAP FS-RI.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

• Conduct data analysis related to reinsurance processes.

• Design effective SAP FS-RI solutions that align with business needs.

• Work closely with stakeholders and on-ground development teams.

• Organize, execute, and support testing activities.

• Provide and deliver training sessions for business users.

• Prepare and maintain clear and structured functional and technical documentation.

• Operate independently with minimal guidance while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Over 10 years of experience as a business analyst in reinsurance and expertise in SAP FS-RI.

• In-depth knowledge of reinsurance closing processes and data models.

• Experience in at least one complete implementation of SAP FS-RI.

• Additional skills in SAP and cloud knowledge are considered advantages.

• Fluency in English (C1) is mandatory.

• Proficiency in additional languages (Portuguese, German, or Italian) is a strong advantage.
