SAP Business Analyst – Manufacturing, Quality & Plant Maintenance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Deliver support for SAP and Limble applications related to Manufacturing, Quality, and Plant Maintenance processes within the EU region.

• Serve as a functional and technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring that business requirements align with system solutions.

• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Convert requirements into functional specifications and assist development teams accordingly.

• Define and oversee testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation procedures.

• Engage in design reviews to guarantee solution quality and compliance.

• Diagnose issues and facilitate incident resolution, serving as the escalation point.

• Lead small to medium-sized system improvement projects and manage deployments.

• Assist with system documentation, procedures, and initiatives focused on continuous improvement.

• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain effective communication with business users.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Seven years of experience in IT supporting business-enabled processes in Supply Chain execution, specifically in Manufacturing, Quality, and Plant Maintenance.

• Proficiency in developing product requirements through diverse sources, including analysis of results and user community feedback.

• Capability to create test conditions and expected outcomes based on application requirements.

• Skill in documenting and communicating progress against plans, taking corrective measures when necessary.

• Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, escalating them when appropriate.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.

• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with SAP Manufacturing and SAP Quality.

• Familiarity with Plant maintenance tools and their integration with SAP.

• A customer-centric mindset and attitude.

• Experience with Service Now is a plus.
