SAP Business Analyst, French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Create and implement strategies to fulfill business needs for complex SAP change requests and projects in a global context.

• Integrate a substantial SAP competence center and collaborate closely with other internal SAP and IT teams, as well as internal business units and external service providers.

• Collect, assess, and scrutinize business requirements.

• Suggest suitable solutions and configure them within the system.

• Investigate and resolve issues effectively.

• Strive for ongoing improvements.

• Provide daily operational support (incidents, change requests, Agent-On-Duty) and enhance system functionalities.

• Draft functional specifications and collaborate with SAP developers closely.

• Educate key users and colleagues.

• Oversee User Acceptance Tests and Non-Regression Tests.

• Keep documentation regarding processes and system configurations up to date.

• Participate in SAP projects and international rollouts as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in SAP SD/MM/EWM customization and integration with FI/CO.

• Mandatory experience with SAP EWM.

• More than 5 years of experience on international projects.

• Proficient knowledge of ABAP debugging and integrations (EDI, APIs, RFCs).

• Strong abilities in collaboration and communication.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Comprehensive understanding of sales and logistics business processes and their integration with SAP systems.

• High level of computer literacy.

• SAP certification in SAP SD, MM, and/or EWM is advantageous.

• A degree in Information Technology or a related field, with demonstrated experience in SAP projects within international organizations, covering both ECC and S/4HANA environments.

• Proficiency in English and French is essential; knowledge of German and other languages is a bonus.
