SAP Basis Consultant – Operations & Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for SAP installations, applying patches, upgrades, and providing support for multiple SAP solutions such as ECC, BI, SCM, Solution Manager, Enterprise Portal, and PI, ensuring the stability and availability of the systems.

• You will actively participate in proactive monitoring tasks, system copies, transport management, backups, and restores, as well as in the administration of SAP security (users, roles, and authorizations).

• You will work closely with infrastructure, operating systems, and development teams, supporting system sizing, continuous environment improvement, and the resolution of complex incidents.

• You will act as a technical reference, contributing to the definition and maintenance of SAP Basis standards, documenting procedures, and transferring knowledge, ensuring a structured evolution with no impact on the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP Basis and HANA, including configuration and management of High Availability, replication, and performance optimization, as well as administration and enhancement of HANA and Oracle database performance.

• An autonomous profile is required, with strong troubleshooting abilities, accustomed to working under pressure in multinational environments, and possessing an excellent level of English.

• Experience in executing: Client and system copies, support for new SAP installations, table reorganization, connectivity tasks, and general maintenance.

• Advanced level of English.

• We are looking for senior profiles with extensive experience in SAP administration, capable of operating in complex and global technical environments.
