Presales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Consulting and solution development

• Analysis of customer requirements and business processes in close collaboration with sales.

• Conducting discovery workshops and requirements analysis.

• Development of customized solution concepts based on the Graia.ai platform.

• Translating business requirements into technical solution architectures.

• Presales and technical support

• Performing customer-specific product presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).

• Creation and enhancement of low-code/no-code prototypes.

• Advising clients on topics such as conversational AI, process automation, agentic AI, and customer experience.

• Assisting with tenders (RFP/RFI) as well as creating technical documentation and architectural concepts.

• Documenting solution designs, integration scenarios, and data flows.

• Ensuring a structured handover to the implementation and delivery teams.

• Close collaboration with product management, development, and sales.

• Identifying new use cases and market demands.

• Contributing to the development of standardized solution components and industry-specific best practices.

• Monitoring current market trends in areas such as AI, customer experience, contact centers, automation, and cloud technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable qualification

• At least 3 years of professional experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical customer advisory

• Experience in the environment of SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and enterprise software

• Good knowledge of APIs, integrations, and modern software architectures

• Experience with customer experience, contact center, or AI solutions is a plus

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to convey complex technical content in an understandable and audience-appropriate manner.

• Very good English proficiency in both spoken and written forms.

• Desirable knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or comparable technologies.

• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms.

• Experience in setting up demonstration environments and proof-of-concepts.

• Understanding of business processes in sectors such as financial services, insurance, or logistics.
