SAP Ariba Consultant, Icertis Experience Mandatory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Lead the functional delivery and support of SAP Ariba Sourcing implementations, including the creation of events, RFx, auctions, scoring, and award scenarios.

• Configure Ariba Contracts, incorporating clause libraries, templates, approval workflows, and processes for contract authoring.

• Facilitate requirement gathering, conduct fit-gap analyses, and lead solution design workshops with business stakeholders.

• Convert sourcing and contracting business processes into standard Ariba functionalities, reducing the need for customizations.

• Assist with integration points involving SAP S/4HANA or ECC where applicable.

• Collaborate with Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) and downstream modules where there are sourcing dependencies.

• Aid in data migration, master data validation, and the standardization of sourcing templates.

• Create and implement SIT and UAT test scenarios aligned with sourcing and contracting processes.

• Provide support for cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization tasks.

• Diagnose functional issues and facilitate resolutions with SAP and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing.

• Experience with Ariba Contracts, including authoring, approvals, and clause management.

• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing and procurement processes, along with CIG integration.

• Proven experience in conducting business workshops and discussions with stakeholders.

• Familiarity with the architecture of SAP Ariba and its cloud deployment model.

• Preferred exposure to procurement integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.

• Understanding of sourcing analytics, scoring models, and award optimization techniques.
