SAP Analytics Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee hands-on development and implementation of analytics solutions by designing and troubleshooting as necessary, spearheading the creation of enterprise data models, data products, analytical datasets, and SAC reporting assets, while prioritizing SAP-delivered content and ensuring compliance with best practices and fit-to-standard principles.

• Implement the enterprise analytics strategy by steering the roadmap that aligns with business transformation objectives, enhancing SAP Business Data Cloud and AI-enabled capabilities, establishing architecture and governance standards, mentoring technical teams, and collaborating with business stakeholders to provide scalable analytics solutions.

• Create comprehensive analytics solutions by developing scalable architectures across SAP Business Data Cloud, Datasphere, SAC, S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, BTP, and intelligent data products, while constructing robust data models, establishing governed semantic layers, and facilitating seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP data sources.

• Work alongside business stakeholders to gather requirements, convert them into technical designs, and produce high-quality solutions.

• Enhance the performance, scalability, and security of analytics platforms.

• Promote the adoption of new SAP BDC features, keeping abreast of industry trends and providing guidance on best practices.

• Foster enterprise-wide adoption of standardized KPIs, business definitions, and semantic models.

• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

• Offer technical leadership, mentoring, and support to developers and analysts.

• Manage IT service delivery for assigned manufacturing sites, building strong relationships and ensuring operational excellence.

• Collaborate across functions to deliver IT services that align with business requirements during organizational changes, including separation activities.

• Engage in the design and execution of secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions that support core business operations and digital transformation.

• Guarantee manufacturing connectivity and data flow across enterprise systems, facilitating efficient production and supply chain processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP Analytics and Data Architecture positions.

• Proven expertise and knowledge of SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) with hands-on experience with its latest features and enhancements.

• Proficiency in the SAP analytics ecosystem (SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, BW/4HANA, HANA modeling).

• Experience in SAP S/4 Cloud migration and greenfield deployment initiatives.

• Strong understanding of the Power BI reporting tool.

• Skilled in data modeling, ETL, and integration techniques.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is advantageous.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing enterprise analytics platforms within SAP environments.

• Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
