This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison among Sales, Delivery, and clients, crafting persuasive SAP service concepts while guiding customers through their transition to modern operational and cloud frameworks.
• Create customized SAP AMS and managed service strategies.
• Assist Sales in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and deliver presentations to customers.
• Prepare proposals, service outlines, and financial estimates.
• Provide expert advice to customers regarding SAP S/4HANA, cloud solutions, and operational models.
• Collaborate closely with technical specialists, architecture teams, and delivery units.
• Enhance and standardize the SAP service portfolio.
• Contribute to the creation of new services and solution methodologies.
• Strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem (e.g., consulting, operations, AMS, presales, or other SAP-related positions).
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and contemporary cloud models.
• Passion for converting customer needs into compelling concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with a confident presence across various management levels.
• A structured and autonomous approach to work.
• Proficiency in German at C1 level or as a native speaker.
