SAP ACM Analyst – SAP S/4HANA Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage ACM support tickets utilizing ITSM tools (Jira or similar), prioritizing requests based on operational and tax implications.

• Diagnose and address incidents related to the invoice exchange process, including movement discrepancies, revenue recognition, and tax implications.

• Assist with the Goods Receipt Monitor (MEB), analyzing and resolving issues related to receipt, unloading, and weighing processes.

• Support financial processes related to producer payments, encompassing reversals, financial adjustments, and operational validations.

• Resolve incidents concerning returns, logistics postings, and the creation of fiscal documents.

• Aid in activities related to tax closing and tax corrections pertinent to agricultural operations.

• Assist with simulations and the development of agricultural contracts, ensuring adherence to business rules and operational consistency.

• Investigate and rectify discrepancies among contracts, movements, and inventory positions.

• Collaborate with technical teams to support access and functional role management.

• Create functional documentation, record solutions, and contribute to the knowledge base.

• Mentor key users and promote continuous process enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with SAP ACM (Agricultural Contract Management).

• Understanding of the complete agricultural contract lifecycle: Origination, Receipt, Invoice Exchange, and Payments.

• Experience in SAP functional support / AMS (handling incidents, SLAs, user support, and troubleshooting).

• Knowledge of integration between SAP ACM, FI, and MM.

• Proficient in SAP S/4HANA (both GUI and Fiori).

• Familiarity with tax processes related to agricultural operations, especially ICMS impacts.

• Intermediate proficiency in English (technical reading).

• Completed degree in Agricultural Sciences, Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.

• Experience with BRF+ (tax rules engine).

• Familiarity with foreign-currency transactions (USD / PTAX).

• Understanding of agricultural operations involving royalty rules.

• Experience with SAP SD integrated with ACM.

• Familiarity with custom tools and objects pertinent to agricultural processes.

• Experience with Jira Service Management or equivalent platforms.

• Knowledge of tax legislation applicable to agribusiness (ICMS, SENAR, rural CFOP).

• SAP certification in functional modules (MM, SD, FI).
