SAP ABAP Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of RICEF deliverables within the SAP environment.

• Spearhead the technical design of SAP ABAP solutions.

• Create and sustain essential IDoc interfaces.

• Develop RF applications for warehouse operations including picking, putaway, packing, and inventory management.

• Resolve live issues occurring in the warehouse.

• Optimize the performance of high-volume batch jobs, interfaces, and reports.

• Collaborate closely with functional consultants and international stakeholders.

• Execute SAP S/4HANA developments incorporating CDS Views, AMDP, code pushdown, OData, and custom code remediation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English is a must.

• Senior-level experience as an SAP ABAP Developer.

• Over 6 years of experience in OO ABAP.

• Extensive knowledge of IDocs and interfaces, including custom message types, extensions, inbound/outbound function modules, partner profiles, ALE/EDI, error handling, and reprocessing with WE19, WE20, and BD87.

• Familiarity with RFC/BAPI, Proxies, and OData.

• Experience in developing RF applications using ITSmobile and/or SAPConsole for warehouse tasks such as picking, putaway, packing, and inventory.

• Background in troubleshooting live warehouse issues.

• Demonstrated ability to optimize performance for batch jobs, interfaces, and reports using ST05, SAT, SQLM, and the ABAP Debugger.

• Knowledge of ALV, Module Pool, BDC/LSMW, BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, SmartForms, and Adobe Forms.

• Experience with S/4HANA, including CDS Views, AMDP, code pushdown, OData, and custom code remediation utilizing ATC and Simplification Items.
