Sample Collector, Phlebotomist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Attend scheduled appointments at various locations within Warrington and its surrounding areas.

• Travel for appointments within a 2-hour radius from your residence.

• Deliver professional services for hair, blood, and DNA sample collection.

• Foster and maintain relationships with clients and donors.

• Adhere to the company's Quality Management System standards.

• Assist in upholding ISO 17025 accreditation.

• Ensure that collections are performed safely, healthily, and with minimal risk.

• Provide statements of truth during the collection process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a professionally qualified Phlebotomist.

• At least 2 years of experience in Phlebotomy post-qualification.

• Recent proficiency in various venepuncture techniques, primarily vacutainer and butterfly.

• Capability to collect samples in non-clinical environments.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Possession of a full UK Driving Licence.

• Access to a vehicle with appropriate business insurance.

• Proof of Phlebotomy competency may be necessary.

• Hepatitis B vaccination is required.

• An Enhanced DBS check is mandatory.

• Desirable: experience working within the NHS or Blood Service.

• Desirable: experience in collecting hair and DNA samples.
