This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Daily sourcing of IT candidates for a minimum of three job openings.
• Utilize Boolean search techniques on the sales platform to identify candidates and input them into the recruiting CRM on a daily basis.
• Reach out to candidates via email, tailored to their skill sets, using pre-approved email templates.
• Conduct calls with at least 60 candidates each day to assess their interest, availability, and other pertinent details.
• Collaborate with a Senior Recruiter and provide assistance as required.
• Perform data entry tasks within the Candidate CRM.
• Contact potential prospects through email utilizing the provided templates.
• Execute cold calls to 40 prospects each day to arrange initial meetings.
• Distribute sales materials as requested.
• Log all activities in the CRM on a daily basis.
• Present the FullCandidate Solution during sales presentations.
• Draft job descriptions within the ATS.
• Organize interviews and send reminders to candidates regarding their interview schedules.
• Maintain submission records and follow up with clients to arrange interviews.
• Update the ATS as necessary.
• Communicate with candidates through emails and calls on a daily basis.
• Add new candidates to the Recruiting CRM.
• Proficient in English with strong conversational and writing skills.
• Eagerness to learn and a self-motivated attitude.

• Possesses a resilient attitude and effective closing skills.
• Demonstrates ownership of work and entrepreneurial qualities.
