Salesforce Trainer, Tableau, MuleSoft

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct monthly instructor-led training sessions for Salesforce users, administrators, and business stakeholders.

• Organize discovery meetings and training needs assessments to pinpoint knowledge gaps and opportunities for user adoption.

• Create and deliver foundational Salesforce training for new users and onboarding initiatives.

• Lead user adoption training aimed at enhancing platform utilization, aligning business processes, and boosting user productivity.

• Develop and sustain training materials, user guides, presentations, job aids, and e-learning content.

• Host virtual and in-person training workshops, webinars, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Collaborate with business teams, system administrators, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment of training with organizational objectives and system enhancements.

• Assist in change management and training efforts related to new Salesforce releases, integrations, and process optimizations.

• Offer guidance on Salesforce integrations and workflows associated with MuleSoft and ServiceNow platforms.

• Evaluate training effectiveness through user feedback, assessments, and adoption metrics, recommending ongoing improvements.

• Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on Salesforce best practices and user enablement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Trainer, Salesforce Consultant, or Salesforce Administrator with training responsibilities.

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform functionality, business processes, and methodologies for user adoption.

• Experience in conducting discovery sessions, engaging stakeholders, and implementing enterprise training programs.

• Exceptional skills in presentation, facilitation, communication, and instructional design.

• Capability to create and deliver training content tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in supporting enterprise software implementations and managing change initiatives.

• Required Certifications: Salesforce Certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or equivalent), MuleSoft Certification, ServiceNow Certification.
