Salesforce Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery process of Salesforce initiatives, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Manage Agile delivery methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release oversight.

• Facilitate DevSecOps efforts among development, security, and operations teams.

• Supervise governance structures to ensure adherence to federal regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage and coordinate with stakeholders from technical, business, and government sectors.

• Lead production support and continuous enhancement for enterprise Salesforce applications.

• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across various workstreams.

• Assist in enterprise deployment strategies, ensuring scalability and optimal performance.

• Provide direction and support to cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and accountability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of ten (10+) years of experience in IT program and/or project management.

• At least five (5+) years of experience managing Salesforce programs or enterprise CRM systems.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is highly preferred; a high school diploma is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience with Agile delivery practices and release management.

• Strong expertise in governance, stakeholder engagement, and DevSecOps collaboration.

• Experience in leading production application teams and managing enterprise-level rollouts.

• Must possess US Citizenship and have, or be able to obtain, a Public Trust Clearance.
