
Salesforce Specialist – AgentForce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Lead a team responsible for developing and enhancing AgentForce applications and bots with a focus on AI and the utilization of LLMs, transitioning from prototypes to full-scale products;
• Ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions;
• Act as the technical authority within the team, sharing expertise and fostering innovation;
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data, design, and business teams to co-create impactful digital products;
• Introduce and evaluate new concepts, frameworks, and technologies, primarily centered around Artificial Intelligence;
• Assist in the ongoing evolution of our architecture and engineering methodologies;
• Adapt to technological changes prompted by continuous advancements;
• Mentor team members in technical skills and cultivate a culture of innovation;
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver products while managing business expectations;
• Navigate the technical complexities of products, ensuring optimal architectural design;
• Facilitate collaboration among data, engineering, and design teams for prioritized deliveries and follow-up post-activation;
• Conduct PDCAs and Kaizens for the continuous improvement of architecture, engineering, and the team assigned to these products;
• A degree in technology or a related discipline;
• Familiarity with AgentForce and Salesforce Bots;
• Proficient in APEX and Node.js;
• Proven experience in leading high-performance teams;
• Strong technical background: the Specialist should possess a solid foundation in both software engineering and core principles of artificial intelligence;
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices;
• Understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models);
• Experience with agentic IDEs utilizing SDD (e.g., Kiro, Cursor, Antigravity);
• Background in automated testing;
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with various business domains;
• Awareness of best practices and patterns: advocate and implement software engineering, architecture, and AI design best practices to ensure code robustness, scalability, and maintainability;
• Business acumen: a solid grasp of the digital product's business objectives and the value that artificial intelligence can contribute;
