Salesforce Solutions Architect – E&U

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• We are looking for a senior expert with a hybrid Salesforce Solutions Architect profile to lead a strategic initiative in the Utilities sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Salesforce E&U Cloud architectures specifically in the Utilities industry.

• In-depth understanding of the regulated Brazilian market, encompassing CCEE, ANEEL, distribution companies, LGPD, and compliance regulators.

• Experience in B2B (High Voltage, SMEs) and B2C (Residential) processes, along with the ability to design comprehensive commercial processes (lead-to-cash, switching, dunning).

• Capacity to engage with client C-level executives and SAP architects effectively.

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Industries E&U Cloud, including EPC, Industries CPQ/CLM, and OmniStudio.

• Strong grasp of integration architectures (REST, SOAP, OData, Platform Events, microservices), SAP IS-U integration patterns (BUT000, EVER, EEINV, BUT0BK), and the Saga + BPEM Fallout pattern for transactional rollback.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Shield (Platform Encryption, Field Audit Trail, Event Monitoring), Certisign / ICP-Brasil digital signature, and the native AWS S3 plugin.

• Understanding of Agentforce + Data 360 (generative AI and unified model).

• Portuguese (BR): Native proficiency.

• Proficiency in English or Spanish is a plus (highly valued).
