• Over 3 years of experience in the CRM industry (preferably with the Salesforce platform).
• Demonstrated ability to design and enhance business processes and integrate them across varied systems.
• Knowledge of fundamental UX principles.
• Eagerness and capability to learn new technologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work remotely or in-person.
• Travel commitment of up to 25%.
