• Deliver best practices within the industry while acting as a reliable advisor to clients.

• Lead the gathering of requirements and serve as the expert on the Salesforce platform.

• Collaborate with clients to develop their strategies and roadmaps, facilitating both immediate successes and long-term objectives.

• Utilize Salesforce technologies, including Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Knowledge.

• Contribute to detailed design specifications, infrastructure considerations, and project planning.

• Convert business needs into well-structured solutions.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior technical and functional team members.

• Stay informed about new Salesforce products and technical advancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in business processes, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture.

• Over 3 years of experience in the CRM industry (preferably with the Salesforce platform).

• Demonstrated ability to design and enhance business processes and integrate them across varied systems.

• Knowledge of fundamental UX principles.

• Eagerness and capability to learn new technologies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
