Salesforce Solution Architect, Field Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct reviews of business processes to determine customer needs and workflows.

• Convert customer needs into Salesforce designs by utilizing best practices and reducing the requirement for custom development.

• Set up Salesforce Field Service Cloud solutions.

• Create technical requirements and specifications for both customers and the technical delivery team.

• Promote best practice user experience design in every facet of solution delivery.

• Oversee all dimensions of projects and manage communication with customers.

• Provide training and documentation for end users.

• Ensure accountability for the successful execution of all elements of assigned projects.

• Utilize independent judgment to lead enterprise-level projects with minimal guidance from senior management.

• Facilitate vision and strategy discussions with contact center and customer service leadership.

• Collaborate with our Artificial Intelligence team to develop innovative Salesforce solutions for our clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of hands-on project experience in technical consulting and project management roles.

• More than 2 years of experience delivering projects using Salesforce.

• Proven capability to document requirements for technical teams and a comprehensive understanding of technical solutions utilizing Apex, VisualForce, and Web Services.

• Experience in leading Enterprise Service Cloud projects, including comprehensive Field Service and Sales Cloud deployments.

• Background in managing multiple Salesforce project deployments, including release management, multi-environment management, integration with legacy systems via Salesforce APIs, and original code development.

• Professional experience managing the entire Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC), incorporating structured code management, project management skills, and process methodologies.

• Profound knowledge of Salesforce administration is essential (both Service Cloud and Sales Cloud).

• Expert-level experience in designing and implementing Service Cloud solutions using Salesforce declarative configuration.

• Experience with Communities and Wave Analytics is highly desirable.

• Possession of one or more current Salesforce certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud/CPQ/Field Service, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder); multiple certifications are preferred.
