This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.
β’ Conduct business process evaluations to assess customer needs.
β’ Convert customer needs into Salesforce design specifications.
β’ Configure solutions within Salesforce Field Service Cloud.
β’ Create technical specifications and requirements.
β’ Integrate best practice UX design into solution implementation.
β’ Oversee all facets of projects and client communications.
β’ Provide training and documentation for end users.
β’ Ensure the successful completion of designated projects.
β’ Lead discussions on vision and strategy.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in technical consulting and project management.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in delivering projects using Salesforce.
β’ Proven ability to document technical requirements for resource allocation.
β’ Experience in leading Enterprise Service Cloud initiatives.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and custom code development.
β’ Professional experience managing the complete Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
β’ Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce administration is essential.
β’ Expert-level skills in designing Service Cloud solutions.
β’ Possession of one or more current Salesforce certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud/CPQ/Field Service, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder).
